How is the test conducted?
Swab rapid test:
Collection is done with the same procedure as molecular testing and is done by taking nasopharyngeal mucus using a cotton swab. Unlike the molecular test, the swab rapid test offers a very fast result, but given the lower sensitivity a false-positive (or false-negative) result could occur.
